1. How long have you been in business for? Consider It Done! was
founded in June of 2004. Our years of experience in serving our
wonderful clients (AKA Raving Fans) speaks for itself.

2. What are the benefits of an errand/concierge service such as CID?
We will help you to achieve real work/life balance. We can help
coordinate and organize all aspects of your life by taking care of the
details that you simply don’t have time for. We take the stress out of
your day by handling shopping, paying bills, running errands, helping
you with events or even booking your vacations while you are at work
or enjoying your free time. We can be home for deliveries and repairs
when you can’t be…We are there whenever and wherever you need us to
be.

3. How much will it cost me?
Our services are designed to be flexible to your needs and your
deadlines. Please give us a call or email us with your requests and we
will create an estimate of our fees. Our #1 priority is meeting your
needs and your expectations. Our best rates come when you purchase
volume hours/ packages. There are never any obligations, membership or
enrollment fees involved in using our services. You only use our
services when you need to, and prepaid hours never expire.

5. Who can use these services?
Anyone that feels like they don’t have enough hours in their day to
get everything done that’s needed. Our services are for everyone, from
busy traveling executives to new parents, to realtors, to caretakers
of elderly family members, etc. In a nutshell, we help anyone that
wishes they had more time or an extra helping hand.

6. What are your hours?
We are open for business from 9 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday. However, we do
realize that oftentimes tasks may need to be completed in the evenings
or on holidays or weekends and we will do what is within our power to
complete these tasks and to respond to requests in a timely manner.
(Evening, holiday and weekend requests are billed @ 1.5 x our regular
rate.)

7. How do I pay for services?
Consider It Done! currently accepts cash, personal checks, cashier’s
checks, money orders and PayPal payments for services rendered.
(PayPal payments incur a 5% fee.) Payment must be made in advance for
our discounted rate packages of 50 or more hours.

8. How do I know I can trust you in my home? Consider It Done! is
bonded and insured for your peace of mind. Our owner Sherri is also a
mobile notary. Our staff undergoes background checks and must prove to
be reliable, trustworthy and efficient before being hired.
